Tell us about yourself and how many books you have written.

My name is Patrina Dixon. I am a mom, wife, and daughter. I live in CT. I am the Owner and CEO of P. Dixon Consulting, Certified Financial Educator and the author of It'$ My Money - a guided journal to help you manage your finances. I facilitate one on one Financial consultations with client, a credit repair agent and have developed It'$ My Money workshops and started a book club.

I have written one book thus far. The name of my book is It'$ My Money - a guided journal to help you manage your finances. It is available on Amazon in English, Spanish and Kindle.

What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?

It'$ My Money - a guided journal to help you manage your finances. It is available on Amazon in English, Spanish and Kindle.

The inspiration is my passion and desire to share my financial expertise with young people and their families so they can better manage their finances.

Do you have any unusual writing habits?

Not sure if this unusual but I do more writing late at night.

What are you working on now?

-Vol 2 of It'$ My Money. This book will go deeper in the topics that were discussed in Vol 1 and will have additional topics.

Do you have any advice for new authors?

Get a good editor and have a sound and funded marketing strategy.

What’s next for you as a writer?

- Diligently promoting It'$ My Money - Vol 1

- Working to meet my own deadline to launch Vol 2 of It'$ My Money when school resumes in the Fall.

- Working on a book collaboration.
